The Itinerary
Thursday, Aug 14 or Friday, Aug 15
TRAVEL DAY
There will not be an All-Hands Meeting this year, so please plan your travel to arrive in time for the Welcome Reception on Friday evening. Thursday should be treated as a regular workday, and travel should be scheduled as late in the day as is reasonably convenient based on your location and available flights. PTP will cover travel expenses, company-sponsored excursions and hotel accommodations for you and your spouse or significant other for this event.

WEST COASTERS - Thursday, Aug 14
For those traveling from the West Coast (who live in the PDT time zone), this will most likely mean travel on Thursday.
CENTRAL OR MOUNTAIN TIMERS - Thursday, Aug 14 or Friday, Aug 15
Depending on your location, some may be able to get a flight on Friday. If that is not possible, please consider Thursday a work day to the extent possible.
EAST COASTERS - Friday, Aug 15
East Coasters should be able to travel on Friday with arrival in time to attend the Friday Welcome Reception.

WELCOME RECEPTION: 6 pm to 11 pm
The Celebration Starts Here! You and your spouse or significant other are warmly invited to kick off the weekend at PTP’s Welcome Reception beginning at 6 pm at the Charleston Place Hotel.
Reconnect with friends old and new while savoring delicious Charleston-style cuisine and handcrafted cocktails. Dress is casual, the vibe is festive, and the good times are just getting started.
Let’s raise a glass and get this unforgettable weekend underway!

GROUP BREAKFAST
Fuel Up Before the Fun! To help everyone start their adventures on time, we’ve arranged a private group breakfast at the hotel just for PTP guests. The exact time and location will be shared with you when you check in at the hotel.
It’s the perfect way to kick off the day—good food, great company, and plenty of energy for the adventures ahead!
DAY ADVENTURES (aka Excursions): All day long
Get ready to dive into the culture and surroundings of Charleson, SC. Please choose from one of the PTP-sponsored adventures you and your spouse or significant other will enjoy during the day. Organized exclusively for you, these daytime adventures include just about everything you need – tour guides/instructors, equipment, transportation AND lunch. Get ready for some memorable Charleston experiences!
As always, the list to choose from is diverse to cater to a wide variety of interests. We are visiting a city rich in history and many of these experiences are included in the selections chosen just for you. The adventures are entirely optional, so please sign up for these activities only if you’re committed to participating (the associated costs are non-refundable for cancellations and no-shows).

2025 ANNUAL PARTY: 5:00 pm to 11 pm
Hop on the PTP Shuttle—The Party Awaits! You and your spouse or significant other will ride in style on the PTP shuttle to our unforgettable party destination, where the evening kicks off with a lively Cocktail Hour.
From 6:30 to 8:00 PM, enjoy a delicious dinner, followed by dancing under the stars (and indoors!) until 11:00 PM—all set in a stunning venue in the heart of Charleston.
Our theme for the night is Southern Charm—think warm hospitality, timeless elegance, and a dash of fun. Feel free to dress to match the theme or keep it casual—no pressure to buy anything new or dress up unless you want to.
